
The most important milestones related to fishing in the Eo during the twentieth century are reviewed with special attention to the Marzales preserve and the National Tourism Preserve.
We find on display objects and tools, both traditional and modern, related to the fishing activity: rods, flies, nets, reels, pots, fish traps, hooks, baskets, … that help us to understand what fishing meant in the Eo for much of the last century.

In the town of Villarquille (San Martín de Oscos) we find the Casa del Marco, a peasant house with its furniture, tools and implements which shows the way of life of the rural society of the region until the mid-twentieth century.
The Mazonovo Mallet is located about 3 km from Santa Eulalia. It is a 17th century mallet active in the 21st century. This set is restored and rehabilitated in its integrity for the understanding of the iron industry. The building of the mallet stands out for being in a state in which it has not suffered great modifications with the passage of time. Here you can forge your own nail and take it as a souvenir.
Some artisans perform demonstrations in their workshops of the craft they develop. In this way, visitors can see the whole process of elaboration of the products, which also allows them to actively participate in the process.
The Viduedo farm is a certified organic livestock farm located in the village of As Poceiras, where the animals are raised in direct contact with the environment, feeding all year round on natural pastures, which is a guarantee of health and quality.
Esquíos is a village in the council of Taramundi inhabited for centuries by families of ferreiros, the Lombardía family, who emigrated from Italy to the Basque Country and later to Asturias.
The Casa del Agua de Bres, Taramundi, was created with the aim of making known the relationship between cultures and the dynamics of water throughout history. In this installation water is conceived, on the one hand, as a living substance capable of developing a force that men have been using throughout history to perform tasks that require power and routine work.
