Less than half an hour away, in any direction, we will find a variety of tourist options where sea and mountain come together, hardly comparable in any other region of Spain. Seares is a parish located in the southwestern end of the Asturian council of Castropol, in Spain.
It is located in the west of Asturias, very close to Vegadeo. It is possibly one of the most isolated villages in the whole area and has barely a hundred inhabitants. Its main source of income is the cultivation of land and livestock. However, it offers its already famous International Descent of Seares, which is part of the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP OF
CARRILANAS.
Traditional and cozy stone house with good views of the surrounding natural environment and balcony with the morning sun, in a remote valley of western Asturias next to a clean river. One hour from the coast and beaches and two hours from Oviedo. In the surroundings there is a great variety of hiking and biking trails . This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200m above sea level, very protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.
Vegadeo is a place to relax and get lost in the nearby mountains, let the sound of the sea hypnotize your senses, immerse yourself in the activity of the streets, squares and leave behind the monotony and stress of everyday life.
Casa Paco was one of the first rural houses in Asturias, starting its activity as such in 1988.
