This is the original house, with more charm and more history, 100 years the family has worked in this forge, I am not sure that this type of “factories” have eliminated the hunger of the municipality in the years 40 to 60 of the last century but at least they have attenuated it.

The “retranca” of the person who gives his name to the house should be collected and protected as a cultural asset, a pity that this “art” so closely linked to the culture of the Ferreiros is unique and non-transferable. Material misery is not always linked to spiritual misery, as he once said, “there are people much poorer than us, so much so that some only have money…”

Right on the carpet were the two grinding wheels until the 1960s, to the right of the table was the anvil and the coal forge with its manual bellows.
