We process the information provided by the person concerned in order to represent and defend the interests of individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, local authorities and foundations. Among the services through which we may process personal data through the corporate website are among others:

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the Associate/Association relationship is maintained and/or their file is kept active and/or their deletion is not requested by the interested party and/or for the periods determined by the specific laws for which they were collected.
Legitimacy of the Treatment:
The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the express consent of the data subject.
Target audience:
If you request information about our services, no transfer is foreseen. If you finally contract any of our services the foreseen cessions will be the minimum and necessary for the correct fulfillment of the contracted service, its formalization, payment and invoicing. NO transfer of data to third countries is foreseen.
Rights:
You have the right to obtain information about whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and cancellation of your personal data. At any time the interested party may withdraw the consent given without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, as well as the possibility of appealing to the competent supervisory authority (AEPD).
Provenance:
The personal data that we process and that come from the interested party when making use of different registration forms as well as the participation and application for grants, subsidies and/or development programs, and treating at least the following category of data: name, surname, DNI, CIF, postal address of the applicant and/or legal representative and/or contact person, telephone and/or e-mail contact as well as data that could be integrated in reports and projects attached to the application.
NO specially protected data are processed except in exceptional cases of the interested party.
Social Networking Policy (LOPD-RUE)
In compliance with the provisions of the EU European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data, 2016/679, Centro para el Desarrollo de la Comarca Oscos-Eo reports that it has presence and link on its website with social networks Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and gives them use to keep its customers informed of products, services and news, as well as a platform for dissemination of their training activities for all this we inform you that the data collected through these social networks are treated in accordance with the legal requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation. If you consider interesting to be our FAN/ FOLLOWER in this type of social networks, know that by following us you are giving your data to these platforms and therefore must know and accept the use that these platforms make of your data.
Also, we indicate that the Center for the Development of the Oscos-Eo Region will not treat your data for any other purpose other than solely and exclusively consented to by the user and accepted, thus complying with the principle of quality provided in the Organic Law on Data Protection. The interested one will be able to unsubscribe in the above mentioned social networks, with a simple “no longer I like” although we put to his disposition the following e-mail ceder@oscos-eo.net with the purpose of facilitating the communication for any doubt in relation to his treatment, denunciation of photos etc.
Registration - User
When using the WEB www.oscos-eo.net the user does not always have to provide a name, an email address, but can choose to browse the web without registration. Only if you wish to request information through the contact form must provide the minimum data required and accept the privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability
Centro para el Desarrollo de la Comarca Oscos-Eo makes its best efforts to update, maintain and operate its WEB site, offering the User this site as a tool for corporate information and services, however, Centro para el Desarrollo de la Comarca Oscos-Eo cannot guarantee the absence of technical failures, the total security of the WEB service, nor that it is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week at all times.
