In Asturias, near the sea and surrounded by mountains and forests, is La Quintana de Zarauza, an Asturian country house from the early nineteenth century that we reformed maintaining its original structure to maintain the environment.
The house stands on a farm in the middle of the Biosphere Reserve Oscos, Eo and Terras de Burón, recognized by UNESCO, the only Biosphere Reserve in Asturias with coastline.
Built in 1824, the house has been restored in 2016 to offer a rural accommodation service. Enjoy the tranquility that the place offers you in our house, which has all the services (kitchen, living room, fireplace…) in each rural apartment. We also have a barbecue area, parking, wifi…

The building that houses the Hotel Casa Soto is built according to the models of the typical architecture of western Asturias: stone masonry walls and slate slabs for the roof, painted facade, and interiors, formed by exposed stone and chestnut wood beams and ceilings. Built around the 19th century, it maintains the original structure and gives a traditional and rustic halo, preserving the canons of popular construction of the region.

It is located in a mountainous area but only 200m above sea level, very protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.
