The building that houses the Hotel Casa Soto is built according to the models of the typical architecture of western Asturias: stone masonry walls and slate slabs for the roof, painted facade, and interiors, formed by exposed stone and chestnut wood beams and ceilings. Built around the 19th century, it maintains the original structure and gives a traditional and rustic halo, preserving the canons of popular construction of the region.
The house is located fifteen meters from the seashore, and offers an experience of serenity and purity framed in its designation as a World Biosphere Reserve.
